Why hello, thanks for stopping by. As you have probably gathered, I like to show my silly side and I’m very motivated by food.

Since I can remember I’ve always loved to draw. My dad handed me a Pentax K1000 when I was a kid and I never looked back. I went to art school in search of how to combine my beloved mediums, where I earned a BFA in photography & digital media. You could say I'm a photographer with a doodling problem.

I spend my days making pretty pictures of things I love, like characters from movies, cute creatures and yummy treats - all under the art direction of my two children. I'm completely obsessed with anything retro and I have a slightly unhealthy addiction to mid century furniture. I read issues of Bon Appetite Magazine front to back and you better believe, there's a cookbook on my nightstand right now.

I’m an active member of the Houston chapter of SCBWI (Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators). I’m available for illustrating picture books, chapter books, covers and editorial work. I’m also really good at rhyming and recipe writing, which comes in handy sometimes. Actively seeking representation.
